Acceptance of Terms

By using GreenHat, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Code of Conduct, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You may use a pseudonym and are not required to use your real name, but you must still comply with all policies.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GreenHat. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use GreenHat only for legal, ethical purposes. You may not use the platform for unauthorized access, malware distribution, harassment, hate speech, spam, or any activity that violates our Code of Conduct or applicable laws. We filter prohibited content—including offensive, harassing, or illegal terms—from messages, discussions, and replies. Content containing restricted words will be rejected.

Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display, store, and distribute your content within the platform. You are responsible for your content and must ensure it does not infringe others' rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
